Domestic Shipping

FREE Ground Shipping on all U.S. bound orders via USPS. Additional Shipping Options available at Checkout and include USPS Priority and Priority Express Mail. If you would like to request a different shipping method please contact us at support@ulyly.com

International Shipping

Ulyly Swimwear ships to most countries outside of the United States. International Shipping Options available at Checkout. All international orders are shipped at rates depending on the ship-to country. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not able to include duties or tax fees to any order, and it is the responsibility of the customer. Ulyly Swimwear cannot reimburse customers in any capacity, and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customers for these fees.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority at Ulyly Swimwear. If for any reasons you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept eligible returns within 10 days of the delivery date for an exchange or refund equal to the purchase price of your item. Please read carefully to ensure eligibility:

  • All returns require a Merchandise Return Form; merchandise sent back without a Merchandise Return Forms will not be accepted.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving your Merchandise Return Form. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Full priced items purchased with a promo code are eligible for return. All sale, discounted and clearance items are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned.
  • We are unable to refund merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt, or is missing its original ULYLY hang tags.
  • Due to hygienic concerns, we are also not able to refund merchandise that is missing the protective sanitation strip. Before removing tags, please try our swimwear on over underwear with the sanitation strip intact.
  • Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Final approval on all returns is under the sole jurisdiction of ULYLY . We reserve the right to reject any return that fails to fulfill our policy requirements. Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

To Return Merchandise by Mail:

U.S. Customers

  • Download and complete Merchandise Return Form and send it to support@ulyly.com. You can download the form on our website here.
  • Once approved by Ulyly Swimwear, we will email you a return label that you can print out and affix to your package.
  • For your convenience, we offer a free pre-paid return label shipping service. We only offer a free pre-paid return label for your first return shipments. All subsequent returns are not eligible for a free pre-paid label and customers can send their items back via the carrier of their choice.
  • Pack your return, ensuring that all items are present.
  • Before sealing, make sure you have included your Merchandise Return Form.

International Customers

  • At this time, we cannot provide international return labels or free returns for international customers. All international customers can send their items back via the carrier of their choice.
